Press the Save Single Tile (full res) menu item to save the current tile image to a file of your choice. 


The tile is saved at full resolution, as if the current zoom level is 100%. If the current zoom level in Moe's Image Viewer does happen to be 100%, then Save Single Tile and Save Single Tile (full res) behave identically.


If the current zoom level in Moe's Image Viewer is less than 100%, then the size of the saved tile will be larger than the tile appears to be in the Silicon Mirror. The File Save panel shows the size of the the image to be saved parenthetically. Eg. (2664 , 1554) indicates that the image to be saved is 2664 pixels wide and 1554 pixels tall.
