You can use the Edit->Copy command to copy the image portrayed in the Viewer to the clipboard. 


In addition to the bitmap image, text describing the range of the image in Mandelbrot or Julia space is copied to the clipboard. 

For example, "Mandelbrot set from ( -0.1494074624383488, 1.025627668611886 ) to ( -0.1483357681208111, 1.026171480122167 )".

Or similarly, "Julia set at (Cx,Cy) = ( -0.140549632194, 0.649692184124 ) for (X0,Y0) ranging from ( -1.905, -1.079 ) to ( 1.933999999999999, 1.080000000000001 )".


You can use the Paste Special command in Microsoft Word to paste both the text and the image data(bitmap) into a document.

Note that 'Ctrl C' is a keyboard shortcut for the Edit->Copy command. This is handy when Fred's Fractal Viewer is in Full Screen mode.
