Palette Animation
The toolbar palette animation buttons allow you to start and stop continuous 'rotation' of Fred's palette. This is old school fractal animation, state of the art in 1970. But still very cool.
You can see exactly what is happening during palette rotation in Fred's toolbar palette widget. Note that the first color in the palette at palette index 0 is reserved for the background color, so it does not change during palette rotation.
Click on or press 'Ctrl+B' to start continously rotating the palette 'backward'.
Click on or press 'Ctrl+H' to halt palette rotation.
Click on or press 'Ctrl+F' to start continously rotating the palette 'forward'.
The control keys are important because they allow you to start and stop palette rotation when in full screen mode.
